For product, account, reward, or withdrawal help, email support@moolzi.com with the account email and a non-sensitive Moolzi identifier. For security reports use security@moolzi.com; for privacy or deletion requests use privacy@moolzi.com. Never email a password, authentication code, full bank details, identity document, private key, or seed phrase.
Current public availability
The app is publicly available to authenticated users who pass the applicable age, consent, identity, device-integrity, fraud, balance, provider, platform, currency, and destination checks. No invitation is required, and access is not a percentage rollout. Public earning sources are ironSource and Wannads on Android; iOS offers hosted Wannads only. Other earning providers are not publicly available. The only public withdrawal rail is Asaas Pix for an eligible BRL balance and a valid Brazilian Pix destination. The minimum gross withdrawal is R$3.00. The user fee is R$2.00 below R$20.00, and there is no user fee from R$20.00 inclusive.
