Policy and safeguards
We process account, eligibility, reward-ledger, security, masked payout, diagnostic, and support data to operate the service, prevent duplicate credit and fraud, handle supported withdrawals, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data or request private keys or seed phrases. LGPD requests may be sent to privacy@moolzi.com. We verify identity where needed, minimize access, and retain ledger, payout, dispute, tax, security, or anti-fraud records only where law or a documented obligation requires it.
