Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Moolzi. The final version must identify the operating legal entity, address, governing law, minimum age, and launch-country restrictions before users are accepted.
Service
Moolzi is being prepared to present eligible third-party reward activities, record provider-confirmed reward events, and let eligible users request supported payouts. No payout or conversion provider is live yet. Where later available, conversion and money movement will be executed by an identified third-party provider under its terms and geographic permissions. We are not a bank, deposit account, cryptocurrency exchange, investment service, or custodial wallet.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, meet age and country requirements, maintain one account unless expressly approved, protect login credentials, and use only payout destinations you are authorized to control. Availability differs by device, platform, provider, and region.
Prohibited conduct
- Automation, emulators where prohibited, click farms, fabricated survey answers, or manipulating attribution.
- Multiple accounts, shared identities, VPN or proxy use intended to bypass eligibility, or recycling payout destinations.
- Tampering with callbacks, replaying transactions, abusing referrals, or submitting false support evidence.
- Using the service where rewards or a payout method are unlawful.
Reviews and enforcement
We may delay a reward or payout while validating eligibility, provider confirmation, identity, device integrity, velocity, or destination ownership. Material adverse decisions should provide a reason category and appeal route unless doing so would compromise a security investigation or violate law.
Changes and availability
Providers can change or remove activities. We may adapt catalogs to store policy and local law. We will not retroactively alter a started offer’s recorded terms except to correct an obvious error, comply with law, or apply a documented provider reversal.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights. Country-specific limitations, dispute procedures, and arbitration language must be approved by qualified counsel before launch.
