Request account deletion

This external path is for people who cannot access the in-app deletion control. Moolzi is still in prelaunch, and the production mailbox and processor-deletion workflow must be verified before this URL is entered in a store listing.

How to request deletion

1. Send the request from the email address associated with your Moolzi account.
2. Use the subject “Moolzi account deletion request.”
3. We may ask for a limited account-ownership check. We will never ask for your password, authentication code, full bank details, wallet private key, or seed phrase.

What the request covers

The final production workflow must delete or de-identify the account and associated data held by Moolzi and send required deletion instructions to applicable processors. Some security, fraud, ledger, payout, dispute, tax, or legal records may need to be retained where law or a documented security obligation requires it.

Timing and confirmation

We will publish a verified response target and explain any required retention before beta accounts are accepted. A completed request will receive confirmation through the verified contact channel.
