Request deletion in the app or email privacy@moolzi.com from the address associated with the account. We may perform a limited ownership check, then delete or de-identify account data and notify applicable processors. Records required for security, fraud prevention, ledger integrity, payout settlement, disputes, tax, or law may be retained with restricted access. We never ask for a password, authentication code, full bank details, private key, or seed phrase.
