Reward & Payout Terms
Effective and last updated: July 29, 2026
Before starting
Each activity should show its reward, currency, eligibility, milestones, deadline, tracking requirements, waiting period, and material exclusions. Screenshots are helpful evidence but do not replace provider confirmation.
Reward states
- Started: a one-time offer session was created.
- Pending: activity was reported but is waiting for validation or a stated hold period.
- Cleared: the signed provider event passed validation and is available for payout.
- Held / review required: the payout needs cooling-off, verification, or human review.
- Reversed: the provider withdrew a previously reported conversion or a duplicate/error was confirmed.
No guaranteed income
Reward availability and value vary by country, demographics, device, provider inventory, and eligibility. Moolzi does not guarantee that any user will qualify for an activity or earn a particular amount.
Chargebacks and negative adjustments
A provider may reverse a conversion for invalid attribution, refund, duplicate event, eligibility failure, or fraud. We retain the original event and reversal in history. We will not silently remove a reward. If already paid, recovery must follow applicable law and the final jurisdiction-specific terms.
Payouts
No payout provider is live yet. When a method launches, minimums, fees, identity checks, expected timing, and destination requirements must be shown before submission. Provider-hosted redemption links may expire. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible after confirmation; users must verify the network and address. Moolzi never requests a private key or seed phrase.
Conversion quotes and fees
No conversion provider is live yet. Where conversion is later available, a regulated third-party provider must execute the currency conversion and transfer. Before confirmation, the app must show the amount leaving the reward balance, source and destination currencies, exchange rate and expiry, Moolzi service fee, provider or processing fee, estimated network fee when applicable, and the amount expected to arrive. An expired or changed quote requires a new confirmation. We do not conceal a service fee inside an unexplained exchange-rate spread.
Provider relationship
A future payout or conversion provider may require its own terms, identity verification, sanctions screening, tax information, account ownership checks, limits, or supported-country rules. Availability in the app does not make Moolzi a bank, exchange, broker, or custodial wallet.
Disputes
Use the in-app payout or reward identifier when contacting support. A dispute flow should preserve the terms shown at start, provider response, evidence, status history, and final reason. Target response times must be published before launch.
