What you should see
The request keeps a visible status, amount, destination label, case reference, reason category, and expected next step. If evidence is needed, the request should say exactly what and why.
How reviews end
The payout is approved, remains held with an explanation, or is rejected with an appeal route. Every outcome should leave an immutable transaction record; support should never ask for a private key or seed phrase.
