Minimum and fees
Pix withdrawals are available only from an eligible, cleared BRL balance. Internal conversion remains disabled. A quote is available from R$3 of cleared balance. Below R$20, the user fee is R$2; at R$20 or more, there is no user fee because Moolzi absorbs the current provider fee.
Destination, expiry, and eligibility
The quote shows the gross amount, fee, net amount, a masked verified Pix destination, and its expiry. A cleared balance does not replace account and regional eligibility checks.
Visible status and support
The withdrawal status remains visible after acceptance. If help is needed, support can use the quote, withdrawal, and provider references without asking for a password or private key.
